ok im 24 years old male im 5'11 and 260 pounds and wanting get down to 200 pounds and wanting someone help me with what to eat and not eat and i know water good to drink but any other drinks i can drink and i go to the gym and wanting help on that to like what be the best thing to do at the gym to help and i quit smokeing over 4 months now yay me hehe but i really hope someone help me out bc i want lose this fat and all
