plz help

ok im 24 years old male im 5'11 and 260 pounds and wanting get down to 200 pounds and wanting someone help me with what to eat and not eat and i know water good to drink but any other drinks i can drink and i go to the gym and wanting help on that to like what be the best thing to do at the gym to help and i quit smokeing over 4 months now yay me hehe but i really hope someone help me out bc i want lose this fat and all
 
ok i have no idea about all that all i need/want someone tell me what to eat and drink and what to do in the gym and how long hehe
