Hey everyone!
So I finally took that step forward and just recently signed up for a gym membership with LA Fitness.
What I'm looking to accomplish is basically a toner body. My main focus is chest, abs and butt. :yelrotflmao:
Now being that I'm relatively new to the diet side of being healthy, I was wondering if there is anyone out there who can point me in the right direction (i.e. what I should/shouldn't be eating before and after working out) and even throughout a regular day so that I can get that body that I am working for.
