heres my progress report:stu questions: on a daily basis, how much am i burning naturally, how much additional shud i burn with the program u designed and how many cal am i consuming with the nutrition program..
i am at 187.5,body fat 25,waist 39,neck 16.5 arm 13,leg 22.
reminder..started 2 weeks ago at 194,body fat 28,waist 41,neck 17.5 arm 12,leg,22.
sooooooooooooo iam making progress !! i guess all those yeras of pro tennis 25 yrs ago, have some memory in the muscles...pls still comment if goal of 165 body fat of 15 by year end is a healthy and realistic goal...also if i shud change anything...i havent smoked in 3 weeks !!!

That's some good results, dropping 3% BF in 2 weeks! Now stick to it!

And stay off the cigarettes too! I smoked for 7 years, quitting is awesome once you're through it! If you're like me, in a week you'll stop having cravings, get real happy about it and drop your guard, thinking you're through it. Tried several times before I got it right, and that was always the relapse point 4-8 weeks in. Keep your determination up even if you feel the cravings went away. Good luck with, it's really tough but totally worth it.

As long as you're not doing anything stupid like starving yourself or not getting proper nutrients, there's nothing unhealthy about losing that weight. And with BigStew guiding you I don't think there's any risk of that.

Calories are around 2300 a day
Those are great results and it is excellent that you quit the smoking
Keep up the great work

I think it is a realistic goal if you still continue to work hard with the program to meet your goal of 165. Keep at it and the improves will continue

Below is a link to a new client of mine. She is getting ready for a Bodybuilding comp so give her a shoot out if you can
