Is this a decent Full-body workout?

Ok. I had to reorganize that to read it better. Moved squats up front and bumped some other things around. A couple of thoughts - consider adding dips instead of one of the triceps exercises, chins instead of one of the curls. I'd do a military press instead of lateral raises, but that's me. I'd also consider putting in plain ol' deadlifts, in addition to the straight legged.

Just a few thoughts. I'm sure other folks have some more specific advice.

exactly what i was thinking. that's pretty much right in line with what my fbw used to be.

Thanks Def.

How important is the order in which you do the exercises? I'm generally going from big muscle groups to small, but other than that I mix them up pretty randomly.
