Its a great program, i did it a long time ago, but my diet was crap, but i had gains anyways. I moved from bodypart splits to 5x5, and for the first time in my life i actually saw some decent gains.
the pullups question is answered on the site i belive. Wendsday, as the last compound, you can do a coupple sets of pullups if you want. Are you talking about the linear intermid version?
