Before and after pics - what now?

Ok, Here are some shots from before, about 185 lbs/83kg, body fat unknown.

Now is 11 months later, 154 lbs/70 kg, body fat 14.5%. I'm 5'9"/1.79m.

What should I do now? Should I continue cutting, as I'd like to get down to 10% bf and see some abs. How much longer should this take?

Or should I start bulking and building muscle??

Guess I'd like to have Daniel Craig's body if I could:cool:. Is it possible?

Need your help and advice!

You've made great progress so far. I think u should bulk and then cut, but it's really a matter of personal preference.

Thanks Simbl. So bulk for a while and then cut again? How long do people usually bulk before cutting again? I'm scared to bulk because I'm afraid that this is my shot to get a little ab definition and if I start bulking now, it'll never happen... Am I wrong?

you should bulk man just eat clean and dont worry about ure abs yet eat loads work the whole body ure abs will still be there when you cut (and look better)
no one can tell u how long to bulk for only you know
u have a great base now(congrats on the weight loss)
now go get some food

what Mark said,,, eat, eat eat, red lean meat, almonds, and all the good stuff..... put some FOOD in the gullet bro. starting lean like that has got to feel great,,, so much of the population is tubby,,, like you used to be.

Congrats to your progress so far,,, you look strong. And, having such a major transformation you must feel like a millioon bucks eh!

Alright, I'm gonna work up a bulking diet and workout program this week and do it.

Thanks FF, I can't wait to get a bit more in the gullet...I'm somewhat fatigued from lengthy cutting. It does feel great not to not be 'tubby' though - it has required a LOT of work, but worth every bit of it!
