Weird arm "pain" if I can call it that

I've been working out for a while and recently my left bicep has been acting up. First of all it started to feel weaker during bicep curls and my arm would seem like it wasnt getting enough blood in it after workouts if i didnt keep my arm vertical because it got "tingly". So I took a week and a half off and then came back to working out. Anyways it seems to have gotten better but still feels kind of odd during workouts. the veins seem to pop out like mad on my left forearm, like something out of a sylvester stalone movie. Anyways any suggestions as to what I should do? I'm probably going to go see a doc avout this sometime soon but I thought I'd ask here first.

No? No one?

Only my left arm and yes seems to be just during bicep curls. Although bloodflow seems to screw up when I am on the computer, usually after a workout and I have to straighten my arm out to get enough blood in there to stop the tingling. (My elbow is flexed when I am using the comp)

It seems to be the lower part of my bicep, the front side of it, really close to the bending point between bicep and the ubderside of teh forearm

See I have the same problem as you... but I still don't know how to permently fix it. I have tried giving it a two week break and that stopped most pain, but the vain still appears to be clearly visible out, and I fear further injury.

I think I've got the same problem as you both. When im trying to do push up's, my left tricep has a tingly feeling. It's not sore, but just doesn't feel right. I dont want to push it incase i do any long term damage. Ive seen my doctor who doesnt know what the problem is, and my chiropractor who has tried a few different things but it's still no better. When pushing myself, my arm always gives out and i cant join a gym incase i damage myself :(

Has anyone any ideas? Ive tried warming up my tricep, stretching and using an icepack after every workout but still no better, im out of ideas and chiropractor is costing me a fortune

Can you go to anyone else, such as a physical therapist or massage therapist that can do a physical assessment of the shoulder?
