Man boobs

Hi, I am 27 years old, I have never been overweighted but always had what it's called "man boobs". To avoid this I go to the gym 3 times a week (that is all the time I can get) do 40 mins of bike and usually do some chest, arms, back, almost all upper body exercises. But my tits are still there, and the more chest exercise I do, they seem to grow OVER the muscle! .wehat can I do?

I've had success against similar issues via full body work-outs (combining some level of strength and cardio conditioning) and adjusting my diet. As the previous poster mentioned, I think you need to do what you can to lose the fat.
 
Take a guess at your bf%. If it's higher than 12% then it's probably just fat, it it's lower than 10 then it's most likely enlargement of the gland/breast which for the most part is irreversible w/o surgery.
 
"Cut" means...cut fat. If you're putting on muscle underneath your tits, it tells me that you're eating an excess of calories. What you need to do is eat a caloric deficit, as well as work out, to get rid of your body fat. By the time you drop down to a certain level and STILL have tits, you have to go under the knife to get rid of them, like Mreik said.
 
Whew. I'd hate to be partially responsible for sending someone into unnecessary surgery. :eek: Glad that was resolved.
