Ok So I've been so up and down it's not even funny anymore! I've fallen into a bad depression over it the past month. I read so much on all the forums I let it over whelm me, I become so strict that I crash, I set a schedule that I can never attain cause life happens, and worse of all I hate the weight room at the gym cause ppl scare me!
My new way:
Well I discovered on my tv they have FOR FREE a personal trainer section with awesome workout videos for Full body,upper,lower,pilates,cardio -you name it they got it and they add new ones here and there. So now no need to worry that I missed a gym class either. I did my first work out Tues. for full body- HOLY CRAP
I'm sore!!! mainly in my lower body. So my plan is EVERYDAY be active whether it's a walk, a hike, a video, a gym class - always get my heart rate up. I'm so inactive it's not even funny
. So since I was so sore yesterday I went through some walking trails by me rain and all! No excuses, plus it stretched out my legs
