Reebok I-Run Treadmill

Hi. I bought an elliptical machine a few months back to try and shed some pounds, well, I want to lose 28lbs. It was only £100 so suffice to say, it is pure rubbish and I have only used it once. I was looking at this:

I just want to shed fat and I do not have the confidence to go out running. I have a diet which I have started but I want to feel sweat trippling down my face and to feel I am working out. Has anyone got any experience with this machine?

It looks decent to me, though, two draw backs i see
1. its top speed is about 8MPH, which will give you more then a workout but for someone who is a conditioned runner they may want a higher top speed.
2. " with a space-saving nine-inch-wide design" 9inches? really i do not see how anyone could run on something that thin. Im hoping thats a misprint or somthing but damn i wouldn't run on a tread mill where i have to run foot to heel the whole time.

I have a problem with the advertising, as in, it's an iRun? WTF?! Since when do treadmills need to be marketed like iPods, with a cool blue color?

I certainly hope it holds up, but when the marketing is extra hyped, my cynicism kicks into high gear.
