My "Is It True" Question for the day:

Is it true that: doing too much cardio will make you loose muscle? In that case then, is it counter productive to go on intense cardio if you aim to build muscle mass? ;)

yes and no
to much cardio will lose muscle
to intense cardio wont, as long as its not to long HIIT for 20 to 25mins wont cause you to lose muscle.
 
All cardio is counterproductive to gaining muscle mass, ALL. But it's pros verse cons, because you can't bulk if your heart is unhealthy.
