Hi!! This is the first thread that I have done. I am new to this site. As of the firsyt of the year I went on a diet and was (am still) determined to lose weight. I went on the Atkins diet and have shed 87 pounds on my own. (I was not working out in any way) Well my weight loss has just stopped. So I joined Gold's Gym. The only problem is I have not idea what equipment to use. I am afraid I am gonna hurt myself because I don't know what I am doing. Can anyone help?
