Whats up all. I've been lurking around the site for about 2 months now and am impressed with the knowledge and advice I've seen (and used). Im currently at 200lbs w/ a bf of just under 10%. I generally lift heavy with low reps... 12 rep warm-up 1x7 1x5 1x3 etc.
I'm looking for some advice on rear delt excercises. My shoulder excercises vary from week to week; but generallly include a variation of military presses (sometimes seated w/ dumbells, sometimes standing w/ barbell), upright rows (bb or db), lateral raises, front raises, bent over lateral raises, and shrugs. I ussually do a combo of a press and than 2-3 of the others listed, all 3 sets of low reps.
Anyway, no matter what I seem to try... my rear delts aren't experienceing the growth and gains that my fronts are. Does anyone have any suggestions or excercise reccomendations to try? I'm all ears and always willing to try new excercises... thanks in advance. Site has proved very helpful thus far!
