I personally wouldn't bother with lunges. Bulgarian squats and regular squats do just fine.
i jumped off a roof.. now i cant peddle a bike or step up and put all the weight on my left knee.. when i FULLY extend my knee as far as it goes it hurts too. i cant put any weight on it when i walk, well only a little b4 it hurts or gives out..
any advice on this???its been a week.
