stretches?

I need your recommendation in what stretches should I perform before starting the exercises, and I would really appreciate it if you could post a website that helps me for that.

who here stretches b4 they start there workout?
 
I follow this routine: Warm-Up -> Dynamic stretch -> Workout -> Warm-Down (eg. 10 minutes walk) -> Static stretch.

I do not recomend ballistic stretching as it actually can increase risk of injury.

stretching a cold muscle too far will damage it in a bad way.

I warm up with a couple light sets, then do at least one working set before I do any 'real' stretching....and even then, I use stretching as a recovery tool rather than a warmup tool.
 
I never stretch.... ever... I find it does nothing. If anything, when lifting weights I think it would cause more problems them it solves.
 
You should do static stretching, but do it PWO. You'll lose mobility without it.
