quickest way to get a six-pack?

does anyone know a quick but effective way for getting a six-pack?
 
Eat 100% clean, Do ALOT of cardio, and ab workouts about 3 times a week, keep that up and u'll get there in no time :D
 
What Tim said, but if you dont have a low % bf its harder then just that. You need low bf% before you see anything but once you get close to it do what Tim said and in no time.
 
sorry but what is bf%? :rolleyes: i`m a beginner.. i think is to see how many fat is in you body right? how do i can calculated? and how can i lower it? and how many time it will take to appear (if you have a proper bf)the abs?

Body Fat percentage: how much of your body is the chubby stuff :)

Lower it by changing you diet and eating "clean" and cardio I would guess.
 
ok, but how does i measure it? i'm 5"10 and 165 pounds, and ok i reduce my bf to 8 or something like that but isn`t that to skinny?? if i want to the muscle to grow in size to become "bigger"(not too much) for not appear to be very skinny what i can do??

thanks, but if i`m 8-10 bf% this is not very skinny?? the muscle will see and all that but isn`t very skinny?, if the abs show when you are in 8-10 bfs the next step if you want you have to increase your mass to convert it to muscle right?
 
Body fat sits on top of your muscles and hides them (yea there is some in other parts also), if you had 0% BF you would look like the muscle guy in the charts at the doctors office.. ewww.

If your BF is already down to 8-10% (lucky #@%$#) then yea you need to start a bulking phase to increase your mass.
 
Most likely your not in the 8-10 range. Normal males are in the 18-25 or so range I think. Do a search on this forum for info, thats what the search tool is for, you will find the help you need.
 
There are Ab Rollers, which I think those are some of the best ab workouts ever (plus their only 1$).

Get a blowup fitness ball do crunch on those, do leglifts for as long as possible no matter how much ti hurts (unless really serious failures), and ab rollers
