my gym teacher saw me struggle and told me that i should eat more frequent but less in each time
he suggested i make a subway/sandwhich the size of my lunch and afterschool snack combined and cut it into 4, 1 chunk per period of school, even 6, 4 for school, 2 after school.
he says if i do this, i will slowly feel like i need to eat less, and its somehow supposed to be more healthy?
