Craving peanut butter

Hey, lol im having terrible terrible cravings for natural peanut butter, what do i do? and if i do give in, how do i know when to stop?
 
regular peanut butter is fatning?!? >_>
 
It is terribly good stuff. It's chockful of proteins and loaded with minerals and doesn't contain too much carbs.
Just be very carefull with the fat.

Try to get the peanut butter that's made of pure peanuts.
 
OMG its so crazy that this thread is up- ever since I started working out I have had a serious craving for peanut butter too- so I bought redcuced fat/fatfree peanut butter.. I will eat and apple and peanut butter on it--lol lol its sound stupid but after eating it I feel so good. the apple will give me that sweet rush I crave and the peanut butter with give me the full feeling like I ate something heavy but didnt. Is this good -lol lol if not I swaer ill stop--lol
 
Go for regular peanut butter instead of the the reduced fat ones. The reduced fat PB contain some crappy additional carbs.
 
I eat peanut butter in one of my meals and i have not regret for it.

-half a piece of pita bread
-Smooth layer of peanut butter
-layer of rolled oats

Wrap it up, toss in the microwave for 10 secs and the most tasty thing on this earth.
 
Peanut butter is my first love. Money ranks second and women are a distant third. :D

Normally I'd say don't overdo it, but in your case Tim I think eating lots of high calorie (pea)nut butter would help with your bulking goals.

Thanx for your input guys, but now i have like 1 tspn a day before bed with milk. But i try and lay off it abit because it gives me pimples :( Oh and im off my bulk :D
 
One heaping tablespoon and a fat glass of fat free high protein milk before bed time makes me sleep great. p3nut butt3r is <3

hey, I'm with you on that, peanut butter is so gorgeous.
Caveat though, last summer I ate SO many peanuts and have since become intolerant to large amounts. So I eat tahini instead. It is really gorgeous, roasted sesame seeds. It has the same sort of texture of peanut butter, occasionally I'll make raw tahini and just happily dunk banana into it. Add a little honey, and it's heaven.

Ha no problem, sometimes i throw a little banana in there too, i tell you i can't believe how good it tastes and how not horribly bad for me it is.
 
When I was a kid, mom served us PB and banana sandwiches. Now when I get a craving I ditch the bread and just have a bit of peanut butter on a slice of banana. Mmmm!
