Healthy curves seem to be on the celebrity scene again. At least that is what U.S. "Fitness Magazine" says. The magazine asked its readers which celebrity bodies were the hottest. And the celebrity sitting at the top of that response list was the beautiful Jessica Biel.
Readers had to respond to three questions: Who has the strongest abdominals, who has the sexiest backside, and which female celebrity is the most stylish? In all three categories, skinny models were outnumbered by healthy, athletic and fit women.
For the category "best workout style" Jessica Biel topped the list. Who would have thought that this timid child from the popular TV series "Married with Children" would grow into a 28-year-old woman, with a truly heavenly body?
However, since 2000 Biel has attempted to change her image. For starters she dressed herself for Maxim magazine. This got her crazed attention, and in 2003, Biel tried the role of an action heroine with sex appeal in both "Blade Trinity" and the "Texas Chainsaw Massacre". In the movie "Powder Blue" by 2009, Biel reveals it all by going completely topless in a scene.
Biel's active routine has her driving five times a week to do various sport training. In principle, she would rather have a workout in the gym then a light jog around her neighborhood. Throughout her childhood, the Hollywood-driven beauty played a sport that is even tough guys: Biel played hockey. Biel did gymnastics for several years as well. And another male dominant sport that Biel loved was football. She also says her role model is U.S. star Mia Hamm.
Winners of the other readers' questions went to Megan Fox for the sexiest butt, and Gwen Stefani for the best abdominal muscles. A clear victory - especially for Gwen Stefani; the former lead singer of No Doubt, a mother of two, and at 40 years old can demonstrate that a middle age woman can still look amazing.
