How does this battling duo keep fit?
When they aren't fighting or battling it out in the court room, Rihanna and Chris Brown can easily be found trying to keep fit. Although they may not see eye to eye on most things, fitness is something that is extremely important to them, both as individuals and as professionals in the celebrity spotlight.
A Taste of Rihanna's Routine:
If you are looking to get a hot bod like Rihanna, the main ingredient in her fitness regime is cardio, cardio, cardio. She says that her secret ingredient really is none but, "a lot of work and a lot of running on the treadmill." Rihanna has a hard time getting motivated though (as a lot of us do), and says she needs her personal trainer by her side because she does not like working out alone.
Another thing to note, Rihanna has an extreme desire to keeping her "derrière" in the best of shape. She says that her butt makes her feel the best about herself. "I keep working at it as I want it to be perfect," she notes. She goes on exclaiming that, "it makes my clothes look good – and guys like it!"
As for Rihanna's diet, she tries her best to stay away from carbohydrates. She says she tries to go days without eating carbs, but usually by day three it leaves her feeling weak. Her eating habits generally aren't what her trainer would suggest, but she tends to eat only once or twice a day. Her meals consist of egg whites and pineapple for breakfast, fish and spuds for lunch, and fish again for dinner.
A Bit of Chris Brown's Style:
If you can't find Chris Brown dancing up a storm to keep fit, you can most likely find him shooting some hoops at the basketball courts. Chris's mom even jokes about how as soon as Chris was able to walk on his own two feet he never stopped moving around.
Brown's style also defines him as a fitness fiend. You can always catch him sporting loose fit clothing; mainly sweat pants, and always his favorite sneakers. He enjoys being able to move freely, and to bust a move or shoot a basket at any given time.
So aside from the headlines and the court battles, this duo releases their stress and tension through exercise. Keeping their bodies in the best of shape, Rihanna and Chris are considered 2 of the media's youngest and most inspirational fitness icons.
